Odessa Fire Company

17:55hrs; Station 4/24, Station 26 and Station 27 was alerted to the above area for a flare sighting (71B2). Marine units from all 3 companies spent 2 hours searching the area of the Appoquinimink Creek with negative results. Chief 24-8 (Brown) established the Odessa command and requested Trooper 4’s assistants.

Units on scene were: Field piece 24-0, 24 Marine 2, A24, Command 24(Trincia), Chief 24 (Brown), Station Fire Police, Utility 26 with 26-M-2 and Utility 27 with 27-M-2
