B-4 is a 2020 Ford/10-8 Emergency Vehicle Service remount. 10-8 Emergency Vehicle Service took our old B-4 Chevy ambulance and placed the box patient cab area onto a new chassis. Most of the lights inside and on the outside were changed over to LED with a new control panel inside the patient compartment area for lights and climate controls. The new B-4 is equiped with a Stryker power loader, Lucas CPR assist device, AED and various forcible entry tools.
