On November 9th at 0018hrs stations 4 and 24, NCCEMS and Trooper 4 were alerted to an MVC with rollover at Vance Neck Road. Shortly after 4-6 and Rescue 24 went en route along with B-4 and 24-8(Chief Lynch). B-4 and 24-8 arrived on scene simultaneously and found 2 patients on the scene with serious injuries and requested an additional BLS. One patient was flown by Trooper 4 to CER and the other patient was transported to CER via A29. Crews remained on scene and assisted DSP for a short period of time. Scene was turned over to DSP at 0113hrs.
