The OFC along with station 15 (Delaware City), was dispatched to a car fire on Route 1 NB at the Toll Plaza. Upon arrival of 15-9D(Lakey) he found the vehicle fully involved and alerted incoming units. 24-3 arrived under the command of 4-8C (Marcus) and stretched a hand line to extinguish the fire. Crews remained on scene to clean up.
