At 0609 hrs Ems 3 (Paramedic Asst. Chief Krett) reported a MVC W/heavy entrapment at above location. Station 4/24 were alerted and responded at 0611hrs along with R24 at 0614 hrs. Upon arrival Deputy Chief Brown took command, crews found a vehicle into the rear of a Transit bus. The subject in the vehicle was heavily trapped.Crews went to work to extricate the subject. Crews completed extrication of the subject at 0625hrs. The subject was transported to Cer by B4 and Medic 5. Units on scene, R24, B4, 4-6, Ems 3, medic 5, and MPD
