The OFC was alerted to a MVC @ 18:21 hrs on Middletown Odessa Road near the MER.  OFC Chief Brown had command and requested four BLS units to transport the injured.  OFC firefighters assisted with patient care and hazardous fluid control.    Units: Rescue 24, A24, Squad 4, OFC Fire Police, Middletown Police, New Castle County Police, A27, B1, B26, A29 and A1.  Responders were in service for 47 minutes.
