Recently while at the new Happy Harrys, in Middletown for a job meeting, I noticed the two new towers on the store are only accessible from the roof via a building roof ladder in the storage room or ground ladders. Each tower opening is only 24" x 30" and has a metal ships ladder that you must climb from the roof down 7-8 feet to the tower platform. The tower platform has a second small access door for a narrow display area in the tower. Accessibility to these areas should be noted on preplans and precautions should be taken for firefighter entry with life lines.
