Friday March, 29 2013 @ 11:42 Station 15, Station 4/24, Medic 3B and Trooper 4 were dispatched to Route 1 Northbound in the area of Kirkwood Saint George’s Road for an MVC with Entrapment(M29D4M). B-4 / Rescue 24 responded from Station 4 and arrived on scene with Deputy 15. Rescue 24 crew removed a door using the “Jaws of Life”. Deputy 15(Johnson) had the Route 1 command and placed the scene under control at 11:59hrs with several injured being transported to an area hospital. OFC Firefighters were in service for over 1 hour with Route 1 having some lane closures. Units on scene: B-4, Rescue 24, A-15, B-15, Rescue 15, Deputy 15, Medic 3, ALS 21,DSP Trooper 4, DSP and DEL DOT.
