Odessa Fire Company

Sunday morning, January 3rd at 03:36hrs, Station 26, Stations 1&27 for an engine and ladder and Stations 4&24 for a engine and tanker were alerted for a house fire in the area of Caldwell Corner Road and Kaitlyn Drive. Townsend units arrived to find a a working barn fire at the rear of the property. Additional assistance was requested with Citizens Hose of Smyrna, Clayton and Galena fire companies all assisting. Crews were on scene for over 4 hours completing overhaul and extinguishing hot spots. While while crews were operating this alarm, Volunteer Hose Company was alerted for a working house fire in the area of Green Giant Road and Grears Corner Road.
