The OFC was alerted to a MVC on Route 1 just South of the Drawyers Creek Bridge at 16:24 hrs. Chief Lynch had the command and confirmed entrapment. Units Responding: Rescue24 w/Chief Lynch, 46, A24, A1 (Middletown), A29 (Port Penn), OFC Fire Police, DSP, NCC Medic 5, EMS 3 and Trooper 4.
